CS Aden Duale insists KDF will manage planned Laikipia Ebola isolation facility

Health Cabinet Secretary (CS) Aden Duale confirmed that the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) will manage a planned Ebola containment facility in Laikipia.

The announcement follows public speculation regarding the purpose and ownership of the medical site. Duale denied reports alleging that the facility is strictly for United States (US) nationals.
