Road Safety Alert - Six people die in head-on collision on Londiani-Muhoroni road

Several people are feared dead and others injured following a road accident at Fort Ternan along the Londiani-Muhoroni road, where a bus rammed into the rear of a truck early today. Emergency responders and police are handling the situation as investigations into the cause of the crash continue.

Traffic operations along the route were briefly disrupted as recovery teams cleared debris from the road surface to restore the flow of vehicles. Police have not yet released the identities of the victims as they await the notification of next of kin.

The wreckage of both vehicles was towed to the Londiani Police Station pending further mechanical inspection. Authorities have commenced investigations to determine the exact cause of the accident on this stretch of highway.
