The event will take place on the Village Market rooftop in Nairobi, open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Organisers describe it as a networking space for developers, agents, architects, designers, contractors and investors.
A highlight of this year's edition is the Ownership 360 panel discussion, scheduled for August 1 between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. The session is expected to address pressing issues currently shaping Kenya's property market.
BuyRentKenya has partnered with Village Market on the expo for several consecutive years. Last year's fifth edition, themed Designing for Africa, drew more than 500 visitors daily, ranging from homebuyers and investors to design and construction professionals.
Past editions of the expo have brought together exhibitors spanning property development, interior design, landscaping and home technology, positioning it as one of Nairobi's more established gatherings for the luxury property and design sector.
The expo's return comes as Kenya's real estate industry continues to draw attention from developers and investors weighing opportunities across residential, commercial and mixed-use segments in Nairobi and beyond.
