Policy experts suggest taxing automated output or introducing corporate revenue surcharges to offset declining individual payroll receipts. However, implementing specialized taxation on technology capital risks slowing down domestic innovation, which creates a tough policy dilemma for fiscal authorities.

As automation spreads across technical, administrative, and financial professions, state treasuries must rethink revenue generation. Failure to reform tax structures will leave public agencies struggling to maintain basic civil assets and critical infrastructure networks worldwide.
