State House deal clears way for Nairobi Railway City entertainment hub

President William Ruto has formally signed a lease agreement between the Zaria Group and the Kenya Railways Corporation. This deal facilitates the construction of a modern arena and an entertainment district in central Nairobi.

The signing ceremony took place at the State House, Nairobi, on April 10, 2026. This move represents a primary step in the advancement of the broader Nairobi Railway City Project.
